@vicky.derosa: No such thing as baby carrots! They are simply carrots, cut up and dipped in a chlorine solution to keep them bright and fresh for a long time. In fact, when you see, cut up vegetables and bags at the supermarket, it’s not really the best thing to purchase. I strongly suggest that we all cut our own vegetables at home.
