I like your take. I work in private equity ai, but I’m an accelerationist. If capitalism is meant to fail I’m going to speed it up so I can potentially see a better future. All my plans are long term. Either I see revolution or I retire early because capitalism prevailed due to everyone’s personal greed.

I’d say the investment by our govt is less about profit and more about making sure we dominate the space because if china is building as fast and secure as us we are at a huge disadvantage when it comes to amazons etc; well worth our govt subsidizing. As much as I am fascinated with all the novelties the eastern cultures, I’d prefer US to dominate digitally and trade

My man, going into The Great Depression less than 10% of Americans held any stock in the stock market. Financial crashes hurt everyone everywhere. We should never root for a massive crash. Correction sure, but even those are painful.
