The thing is, any of the members who get sick or injured should be able to rest without getting hate. But the company and fandom have already set the precedent with Manon that rest=laziness. So now the girls feel like they HAVE to show up to the point of illness and if they don’t there will be backlash. But that’s the toxic workplace that was created at Manon’s expense.
