RECIPE NAME: Cheesy Sloppy Joe Sandwich INGREDIENTS: - 4 bread slices - 300g minced beef - 1 small onion (finely chopped) - 1/2 cup ketchup - 1 tbsp mustard (optional) - 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar) - 2 tbsp butter - Salt & black pepper to taste INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Heat a pan and cook chopped onion for 2–3 minutes until soft. 2. Add minced beef, cook until browned and fully cooked. 3. Add ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well. 4. Cook for 5 minutes until thick (not watery). 5. Place beef mixture on bread, add cheese on top, cover with another slice. 6. Spread butter on outer sides and toast on pan until golden and crispy. 7. Cook until cheese melts completely, then slice and serve hot. TIP: Keep filling thick to avoid soggy sandwich. #sloppyjoe #sandwich #cheesy
