She was the main antagonist of Arc 1 and one of the two secondary antagonists of Arc 4. A woman who experienced the dark side of Gusteko as a slave from childhood, Elsa was eventually inducted into the Featherrun Sisters and obtained her regenerative curse. After meeting Mother, Elsa became one of her children, typically taking on tasks that included assassinations, and as a result, she developed an infamous reputation as an assassin known throughout the land as the Bowel Hunter. During the Sanctuary Incident, Elsa, along with a fellow assassin, Meili, attempted to slay the maids of Roswaal Manor. However, after confronting Garfiel Tinzel, she lost her life. After her body reanimated itself with the curse and attempted to posthumously kill Natsuki Subaru, it was ultimately entirely incinerated in a backdraft explosion, bringing a complete end to the Bowel Hunter.
