If i can be honest the swim inventory is really cute and i do love the print but over $80 for one swimsuit isn’t something thats in most people’s price range. If you can cut corners somewhere else in order to lower prices i think that would help you.

Ok I don’t know if this is just me but I just went to check out your website and I was actually struggling to shop the swimwear. I first checked the main nav bar and I didn’t see any thing mentioning it there, once I scrolled down I was able to see the blurb but it just led me to sign up for a mail list not to actually shop . Then I went back to the home page and saw swimsuits after scrolling on the best sellers. Not sure if maybe it hasn’t been updated yet but since the swimsuits are launched the be the first to shop button should probably link to the swimsuits not a swim vip launch list. Also the nav bar would def help and maybe a popup when you get the website that’s swim now exists. No hate btw just giving my opinion as a designer :)

Girl never compare yourself half the time everyone is just faking It until they make it. People love to buy from commodities so just add that to your sales. Act like you’re about to sell out to add value and then restock for those people etc. small biz is hard and you’re already winning because you’re doing something most people won’t ever consider doing
