Within reason, distances for clubs make no difference for non pro players. What does it matter if it’s your 9 iron or 5 iron that gets you to the green.

My cruising driver carry is probably 250ish (can really get ahold of them sometimes, but not typical). I play my “strongly lofted” Takomo 101 6i as about a 185yd carry and my 9i as around a 150yd carry on full swings. A typical round from around 6k yards is gonna be low-to-mid 80s. Not a great golfer, but I get a lot of pars and luck into some birdies here and there.

People get way too hung up on distance. Knowing how far your club goes accurately and consistently is more important.

This makes sense depending on the exact year and make of ur clubs. My old pw was a 48 degree got a new set and i was flighting all the greens i looked it up its a 43 degree. Damn near a 9 iron.
