as a labor nurse you are way overpacked lol .. make sure you check the hospital policy before filming .. a lot of hospitals won’t allow it .. also make sure your dr will allow video of birth itself because alot will only allow stills .. as a mama bring whatever makes you comfy but remember keeping track of it all won’t be so easy when the little miss arrives … so excited for you

Just a suggestion but you might want to ask if they can accept gift cards. My cousins are nurses and they can’t accept them they have to give them to their boss.

bring an empty bag!! the hospital will literally charge you for everything and the room will be stocked with like diapers and things please take it home with you!❤️❤️

I know you packed snacks/ drinks but take change for vending machines. We had our son in the middle of the night and the cafeteria was closed and only thing available was the vending machine and only took cash.

bring an empty reusable bag and take home all the wipes and daipers and formula they give. also ask for refills of things. you paid for these things you are allowed to take them home they throw them away anyway.

I "overpacked" according to literally everyone and my husband then we ended having to stay for a whole week and ended up using everything I had packed! so I say always overpack!

Listen, I overpacked, I packed everything and then some… I ended up using 1 charger, 2 pairs of pjs, my toothbrush, toothpaste, brush.. that’s all… my kid? Stayed in the hospital shirts the first day and didn’t get put in anything else until right before we left. 😅 but I had SO MUCH fun deciding what to pack and getting to pack. WHO CARES if you overpack?! It’s part of the first time mommy fun
