Episode 7 of WELL DONE and I may have made my favorite recipe yet 🫜🫜🫜 grilled summer cobb salad What you’ll need: 1 head of romaine 1 bunch asparagus 4 pieces bacon 2 chicken breasts 2 hard boiled eggs 1/2 cup cherry tomato 4-5 radishes 1/4 cup feta cheese 1 avocado A few packets LAV creamy tahini dressing How to: 1. Preheat grill. Season your chicken and asparagus with olive oil, salt and pepper. 2. Once grill is hot, add chicken breast, asparagus, and bacon. Grill until bacon is crispy, chicken is cooked and asparagus is charred. Remove from grill and chop into pieces 3. Chop and prep rest of salad ingredients. 4. Assemble salad! Layer romaine, tomato, asparagus, radish, chicken, bacon, avocado, and feta. Drizzle with tahini and enjoy! #saladdressing #summergrilling #healthyrecipes #grillrecipes #cobbsalad
