A humbling experience and one from which we shall learn: collectively 😂😂😂 I’d like to caveat this with it was absolutely MY fault. I didn’t change the resistance. I was right at the end of a fantastic workout and one that I’ve done many times before. I got complacent and had left the resistance too low from the previous move.
