growing up we always had Standard Poodles, my husband had Doberman large dogs both were smart. When my kids were older got a boxer she was the best. took almost 10 years to get another dog my son's wife had mixed pug and he had full pug. We got one of the puppies and my son said little dogs are stubborn My youngest son was going to college my husband and I were working and there were are least 2 days he was home by himself for min of 6 hours I brought a female pug They are sweet and stubborn and have to by on your lap all day. We have been retired for over a year and when we get dressed..out of house clothes..they get b very anxious know we leaving them even when we say we will be right back when we come home they cry like we been gone for years. With pugs you will never be alone in house ever..shower they are there, bathroom they are there,cooking they are there cooking on grill they are there 😁
