uh no? professor rick just majored more into biological science and act altered matter and created things rather than teleportation which is actually so much more harder in a sense so he wasn’t even close because he was doing the wrong entire thing because he was thinking more towards biology

I personally think that a Rick first must invent Intra dimensional travel to afterwards invent Inter travel Most Ricks to not say all never get to invent it or work on normal corpo jobs (because they didn't manage to invent Intra travel) that's why our Rick could, he prolly finished to invent it and afterwards created interdimensional one

I like this rick a lot because it really shows why most ricks in the citadel used to die so easily, the rick in this universe is just a professor but his universe is still within the central finite curve meaning this rick’s universe is very underdeveloped but he’s still the smartest person in the said universe

My understanding is prime Rick invented it on his own with no outside influence and then C-137 was the only Rick to invent it without outside help, Rick prime just taught him it was possible, all other Rick’s just learned it from other Rick’s. I like to believe bearded Rick would have figured it out with enough time but it would have drove him more nihilistic as he developed it.
