I used to be like this. Never wanting the ball because I didnt want to make a mistake or do anything bad with it. I even wished that sometimes I would be injured so I didnt have to play. Now that wish came true with a torn acl and meniscus. Missed out on my senior year and year of club. Im still recovering on my 5th month and more to come. Please appreciate the time that you have playing this beautiful game, play every game with heart so you dont have to regret it like me.
