He is right on. I policed Moreland Ave in Atlanta, Thomasville heights, and yes it’s 1 man units. I felt safer in Iraq.

The reason folks called Atlanta the most violent city is that crime statistics are based on population. The city only has 350,000 in 1995. But metro population was 3.5 million. Hundreds if thousands of people poured into the city every day to go to work, skewing the statistics.
