When I totally disagree with someone, I run it through LRP. Is this a law, a rule, or simply my preference?Then I slow down and learn their context before defending mine. Understanding doesn’t mean agreement. It just keeps disagreement from becoming disrespect. You can stand firm without making the other person feel small. That’s how you protect the truth and the connection at the same time.
