I had the same thing happen in December but on Walmart. I’m in Michigan, my package was delivered to Kentucky. They fought me for weeks but Walmart finally refunded me. I would dispute the charge with your bank and Amazon should refund then deal with the seller

Amazon will make you go through rhe 3rd party seller first and if they will not work with you Amazon has AtoZ Guarentee Claim you can file. Im sorry uggg keep trying and don't give up. 😭

Is there a phone number associated with the seller in any way?? Im sure somebody who knows how to deep dive track these companies could figure it out with the address or something.. im not sure. Definitely threaten them BOTH with court.

Amazon can fight it for you but you have to be really persistent also when You call customer asked to speak to a customer service representative from the American territory.
