Cookies & cream meets tiramisu 🤍☕️ This Tiramisu is layered with coffee-soaked cookies, a creamy filling made with @Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk, and topped with rich chocolate ganache. The easiest no-bake dessert you’ll want to make again and again! Ingredients: 8 oz mascarpone cheese 1 can (14 oz) Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk 1 tsp vanilla 1½ cups heavy whipping cream (cold) 15–20 crushed chocolate sandwich cookies Assembly: About 24 chocolate sandwich cookies for layering 1–1½ cups brewed coffee for dipping the cookies Chocolate Ganache: 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips or chopped chocolate ½ cup heavy cream Instructions: -Brew coffee, set aside to cool. Beat mascarpone cheese until smooth. -Mix in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla until creamy. -In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks. -Fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture. -Fold in the crushed cookies. -Quickly dip the chocolate sandwich cookies in the coffee and layer them in your dish. -Spread on half the filling, repeat the layers, then top with more crushed cookies. -Chill for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight. -Once tiramisu has chilled, heat the heavy cream until it’s just simmering (don’t let it boil). Pour it over the chocolate. -Let it sit for 2–3 minutes, then stir until smooth. -Let the ganache cool for 10–15 minutes so it’s pourable but not hot. -Pour it over the chilled tiramisu and spread it into an even layer. -Refrigerate for another 30–60 minutes until the ganache is set.
