Pumpkin Spice Snickerdoodles 🍪🎃 A fall twist on a classic snickerdoodle! Ingredients: • 1 cup butter, softened • 1 ⅓ cups white sugar • ⅓ cup brown sugar • 2 large eggs • 2 tsp vanilla extract • 3 ¼ cups all-purpose flour • 1 ½ tsp cream of tartar • 1 tsp baking soda • ¾ tsp salt • 1 cup pumpkin spice chips Pumpkin Spice Sugar: • ½ cup white sugar • 1–2 tbsp pumpkin pie spice Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Cream together softened butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. 3. Add eggs and vanilla and mix until well combined. 4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt. 5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined. 6. Fold in the pumpkin spice chips. 7. Mix ½ cup sugar with 1–2 tbsp pumpkin pie spice in a separate bowl. 8. Roll dough into balls, then coat each one generously in the pumpkin spice sugar. 9. Place on a lined baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes. 10. Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for about 10 minutes before transferring them.
