I work for a VERY large Fortune 500 company. And every year like clockwork layoffs and furloughs happen the entire time 1st quarter. I spend 3 months having to take 4 furlough days/month. I’m done having any sort of “loyalty” to any company. Especially when it’s “RECORD PROFITS” year after year!

Uh yes...corporate and boomers do expect that. They cant get their heads around the changing environment and HR who should be advocating for succession planning but dont give a crap about employees.
