@thedarcytwins: Stretchy hand pulled noodles 🍜 We are at another fire hand pulled noodle spot in Glasgow. This time they are from the Mala Project. It sits right off Byres rd in the west end of Glasgow and it does a number of authentic Chinese dishes. The menu comes Chinese first and that’s when you know the food is gonna be good. The lady told us the noodles are handmade fresh every morning which keeps them nice and chewy and for around £13 a pop, you’ll catch us here in the foreseeable.
