it's because your hair is long and silky/healthy 🥹🥹 I have the same problem and I've noticed that people with damaged or thicker (as in blunt) hair hold curls better because they dont have that softness to it .. it's kinda like paper the more u crumble it the more it holds its shape
Милая ты не досушила наверное(( попробуй стайлеры использовать типо мусс пенка

Your hair type is similar to mine; it doesn't hold waves because my hair is straight, so it doesn't hold. . 💕💕.

it's because ur hair is so straight!! heatless curlers like that I'm pretty sure were made for, or at least work best on, people with at minimum a slight wave, they're ideal for people with 2b/2c hair in my experience, or if you have a mix of hair types in your hair. yours is so silky and smooth that holding it in one position for a length of time won't do anything, you'd need extreme heat to get a curl and even more damage to keep it than heat can achieve!

before curling it, dry your hair about 80% and then let it dry in the curls ! if they're still damp when you want to take them off, use the hairdryer but let cool down before removing the curler so it sets. also if u have some sort of styling cream u should use it before using the curler (and hairspray after like smn said)
