A government Health worker has no medical insurance, A minister has medical insurance and can access good health care. it's the same environment we receive services readily available but we personally buy what we need to get full health care wen we and our families are sick by the way.. The comment section is not even enough let's stop here

This is what I've been saying, constructing a hospital doesn't stop at the concrete walls. "We constructed a health center 3 in bududa" Good, but is that health center building equiped with doctors,nurses, midwives, drugs, electricity, oxygen and the likes?
