So i went thru bankruptcy and the fake mortgage came back unsecured no creditors showed up. They are not giving any money in these loans

He’s correct had to correct an attorney on that a promissory note cannot exist as a contract and a negotiable instrument at the same time

I am in Ga. I did tell 2 credit companies to go screw just like you explain here. But, with a mortgage in Ga, nonjudicial state, so it can get tricky because I don't want to lose my house and live in the street. What is your opinion on the mortgage??

A unilateral signature is sufficient to enforce, but proof of using the promissory note as collateral is necessary and that is the nexus of the case. So how to establish that proof would be required? ✌️💚

They also will call it “implied contracts” and the payment you make is your agreement to participate.. I seen them try that as well
