@womenceo19: Are Africans turning against South Africa... or simply standing against violence? This conversation is bigger than politics. It's about the kind of Africa we want to build. No country is above criticism, and no nation should be judged by the actions of a few. Many Africans are not calling for hostility toward South Africa they are calling for an end to xenophobic violence, respect for the rule of law, and the protection of every person's dignity. Immigration laws should be enforced where necessary, but through lawful processes not through mob justice, looting, intimidation, or violence. Watch the video and share your thoughts respectfully. Is Africa asking for division, or for a safer, more united continent? #RuleOfLaw #StopXenophobia #AfricanUnity #PeaceOverViolence #HumanDignity

The issue is not that South Africa’s security forces are completely helpless. The real concern is that they often struggle to prevent or respond quickly enough to repeated outbreaks of violence against foreign nationals.
A country’s first responsibility is to protect everyone within its borders, regardless of nationality. When attacks continue to occur, it raises legitimate questions about security, law enforcement capacity, and accountability.
Rather than fueling hostility between Africans, we should encourage stronger law enforcement, justice for victims, and greater cooperation among African governments. Peace, the rule of law, and human dignity must always come first.
