“Overpriced” - the coffee is roasted locally, and the cakes are all made in house and support other small businesses. We live nearby and have we gone every weekend since they opened 2 years ago. Each to their own, but worth keeping in mind that independents have to charge a fair price for what they are selling like chains ☺️
