HELP ME. I have been trying to get on to a customer service representative to get a refund for a flight that I did not take. The app refused to let me cancel or rebook. I visited the counters in Trinidad and Houston but no agent assisted me. I was given a card to call. I have been calling, sending emails, posting on social media platforms for 3 months but no help is being provided. Chatbots have me on hold for hours before hanging up on me. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE CONTACT ME AND HELP ME. THIS IS RIDICULOUS

Worst choice ever unfortunately...I booked MTL-NY LGA....they cancelled, rebooked me via Toronto (bishop) then change airport on my own....and arrive Newark (???) at midnight....when I submit a claim for the taxis that I had to pay between airports and the lunch I pad after spending 15 hours....they say no......never again air canada....you ruined my family holiday

with the amount of flight delays I have experienced is absolutely unacceptable...while I undertake sometimes issues can arise, that should be anomaly and not the norm...

I have tried every possible way to get a refund for my REFUNDABLE one way ticket that cost 590usd. It has been 3 months that I've been on hold - the chatbots gets me nowhere. The counter agents in the Caribbean and US says that they cannot help me retrieve or change my booking and directed me to call the same numbers that go unanswered. I've reached out on Facebook, LinkedIn, via email and Tiktok. Can I please get my money back for the flight that I did not take: POS->YYZ->IAH on May 2nd
