@nightmarefuel__: It looks like an elderly woman, doing something with a stick, unfortunately it's really hard to tell because of the quality of the footage, which is lowered due to multiple downloading and uploading, I added a still at the end and got the best I could out of it. Remember, the figure was picked up on camera twice, moments apart, on both sides of the road. #nightmarefuel
