Yup, when I left my job… they had to hire 3 people to cover what I did. I made it look easy bc I knew what I was doing. Then I became an independent contractor and got triple my pay to help the same company. Now I take 3-4 vacations a year. I came in whenever I’m available. 🤣😊😆

the reason why we stay quiet is because we own our freedom we dont love our job because that job is not ours why would u love a job that will replace u anytime thats bullshit only fool will do that, we just respect our job and do what we have to do for the company, so when the job dont respect and acknowledge our skill, theres nothing to talk about we quit, its called "SELF RESPECT"
