I live here. Only the buildings in the back have elevators. Building 1 has none. We use apps to unlock our building doors, home, and gates. It’s quiet for the most party. They have community get togethers every month . NO BUGS BTW.

50% off is good but probably because they've been around for less than 2-3 years and still have empty apartments, they go for like 1800+ but they're nice
