the way my brain works is that if I feel like I can do better then I don't date them to begin with. I still kind of agree with you though because I didn't think I could do better than my ex, but then I found my fiance. I don't think I could do better than her, but I could be wrong again. I have no desire whatsoever though to try to find better. she is the one I chose and the one I want to be with for the rest of my life.
