Those rates are generally for Georgian Lari (GEL) deposits, not Euros. The National Bank of Georgia currently shows many banks offering roughly 8.5%–10.8% on 12-month GEL deposits, while EUR deposits are often around 0–2% and USD around 1–4%

You still need to file Form 5472 with your tax return, ALL international business owners that lives in the US…I did an entire YouTube and TikTok videos on this about a month ago. Remember 2yrs ago all international businesses had to file a BIR form if doing business overseas. The fine is $25,000 each year for not filing. Also, they (the US government) tracks the deposits coming from overseas banks into a US bank. Good luck!!!

Not sure if it is worth the currency inflation risk because you have to hold the bank account in the local unstable Georgian currency

I don't think it works that way. Besides, if you don't live there how are you going to pay taxes?

you have to live more than half of the year in the country where you register to pay taxes in eu. everyone would just Register their business in Estonia, but it doesn't work like this if you don't want to live there too

That’s the dumbest thing I’ve heard all day. For example, if the Estonia company (presumably taxed as a corporation) is running a U.S. business, you now have to pay both Estonia corporate income tax, U.S. corporate income tax (coupled with a foreign tax credit), and U.S. tax on dividends paid out by the Estonian corporation. That’s double taxation, maybe even partial triple taxation, and a lot of needless and expensive tax administration.
