I would try any of these first. Casita Miramar, The New Reef, Miramar House Latin Cuisine, Cocina al Fondo, Kumo Rooftop, La Alcapurria Quemá, Miramar Food Truck Park, MĀRO, L'Olivo ,Chianina, Lala (Bad Bunny’s restaurant), Kumo Rooftop, Levant, Yoko.

Casita Blanca, Fuji (calle Loiza), Alcapurria quema (Placita d Santurce) , De Reef (Piñones) Bebos (Carolina), All other are tourist traps. Coming from a local. 🇵🇷🏝️😁
