I’m talking everyone went back for seconds so good! * 2 cups cooked shredded or chopped chicken * 1 (32 oz) bag frozen tater tots * 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup * ½ cup sour cream * ½ cup cream cheese * 2 tbsp homemade (or Kinders) Cowboy Butter seasoning * 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese * 2 tbsp melted butter Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 375°F. 2. Mix together the chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cream cheese, Cowboy Butter seasoning, and 1 cup of the cheddar cheese. 3. Spread into a greased 9x13 baking dish. 4. Top with frozen tater tots. 5. Brush the tots with melted butter and sprinkle with a little extra Cowboy Butter seasoning. 6. Bake for 35 minutes. 7. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top and bake another 10–15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the tater tots are crispy. 8. Serve and enjoy!
