the lungs and throat missing is proof enough. there was no water in his lungs which means he didn’t drown. he was dead before he was put in the water. the hyoid bone in the throat (for example if it was crushed) would show evidence of strangulation, lynching, any type of trauma to it. they kept the evidence that proved he was KILLED

The exact scenario happened to my son Shamar Dontay Barnett in 2024 no water was in the lungs but they said he drowned. Shamar had a huge bruise on his head, my son was the only black person at their Birthday in their home
