I was the ASM for 8 months. often times, ran this damn store alone. I never got my breaks, and couldn't ever figure out WHY so many people wanted to come to a damn DG. SOOO ... I started locking the front door, put my sign up, that stated when I'd be back, and would ALWAYS close 10 minutes early so I could walk my floor, finish with the last minute customers, and count my safe. I didn't give a FK if someone complained, and neither did my DM. people didn't like it, and I didn't care.
