Preach on... AMEN! 20 Years in the field... I only got in because it was just a job in South TX.. then the Company moved to Odessa TX... I never knew, the life of being in the field. I just went with the flow. Yesterday in 1997 I was just a worm... and today 2026, am still a worm...

I’ve been at it for 27 years and still going, raise my girls put them through school paid off everything I own but I mainly did it for my girls, and I would do it all over again. Only the strong survive.

The problem is, you can’t make that kinda money to afford to even live these days at a normal job local to home. Wages are ridiculous and don’t get me started on tax’s and groceries. Need to understand work life balance and find jobs in the field that provide that with good pay.
