@howtolife5: Hold the stick of butter steady with one hand or place it on a clean plate or cutting board if it's slippery. Gently grasp the lime with your other hand and lift it straight up to separate it from the butter. If the lime is lightly stuck because the butter is soft, wiggle it gently as you lift to avoid breaking the butter. Once the lime is removed, set it aside and wipe away any butter that may have transferred to the lime if desired. #lime #butter
