we lost water but it came back on ssme day... we think it might've been another issues in our area. but couldn't get a direct answer if we were affected by the same issue and/or whether or not we need to boil water, too because of the interruption. when I called 311, no one answered; sent an email, no one responded and there's nothing on the website explaining what happened, and what locations were impacted or what to do in case there's an interruption. SMH. but yet the town wants the water bill paid on time.

If you don’t wanna boil water what my mom said to do is just skip out on brushing your teeth for the week, drink bottled water, if you can’t get bottled water drink juice, and cooking you can just use chicken broth for soups and instant ramen and eat cereal and as for baby bottles do boil water for that or used bottle water

yea thats happened to waterbury like 5 times. they doin that shit on purpose so your heaters dont have water so in the winter ur bill is crazy. im still recovering from last years water main break that brought my bill up crazy cause my heater broke
