Supervisors are not always available there might be real emergencies they are at. Also getting a supervisor only applies in some areas, it is just a curiosity in others, or not at all. Obey the law. People like to say don’t waste tax dollars but a supervisor for a belligerent person in a routine stop would be a huge waste
