Our first T‑slot actuator was basically a 1020 light‑duty rig. Small envelope, short stroke, easy to get aligned, and it did the job. The 3030 series is what happens when you take that same idea and stretch it out to real travel and real load. Once you push the stroke and mass up, alignment and rigidity stop being background details and start running the whole conversation. So this one jumps from double profile to a 3030 quad stack. Bigger extrusion, wider stance, larger belts, guide rails, pulleys, and motors.
