Many women in this community are raising children with additional needs, juggling therapy appointments, navigating custody schedules, caring for their own health, or balancing all of those things at once. A traditional job doesn’t always fit that reality. That’s one reason I believe service-based businesses can be such a practical option. Start by making a list of everything you already know how to do. Don’t filter it yet. Some of those skills may feel so ordinary that you’ve never considered someone would pay for them. Then ask yourself: Which of these skills could solve a problem for someone else? That’s where business ideas often begin. You don’t have to have a perfect plan. You just need a skill, someone who needs it, and the willingness to take the first step.
