PMO so bad. That’s why we grow as much as we can, prep and store as much as we can. Buy from a local farmer and hunt. We don’t buy new gadgets and refuse to be controlled by consumerism. People NEED to change the way they think and buy.

I grow a lot on 1 acre. Really 1/2 an acre. If people banded together in their communities we could all feed ourselves. I’m not talking about socialism, because I believe in owning your own property but I’m talking having a group of people in a community that trade food for food. You got apples, I got squash, let’s trade. You got pork, I got chicken, let’s trade. Because for most people it’s not possible to produce EVERYTHING, but In that sort of system, you wouldn’t have to. I think about these things often because of what our government is doing

The best answer to this is a close knit small community where the majority of skills, goods, services etc work on a barter system. No taxes no license etc. Not convenient but effective.
