aw nah fedex ground does way more work we deliver sectionals weighing 100+ toilets, sinks etc only reason ups pays more is how strict ups is as a driver and because of the union on top of how strict they are with there rules also you top out over 4 years starting at the bottom there way more stuck up thinking 70 pounds is heavy 😭

it's $46 but that doesn't include the $13 an hour the company pays into your pension and the health benefits are great too which the company also pays

It’s definitely because of the union contract.

The bottom line here is that she makes 46 plus per hour, 10 plus for every hour she works for pension and full medical benefits ,medical, dental and vision with ZERO deductible. Not to mention that she only needs a class C license. So it doesn’t matter if you make 100k or more if you have to work a lot OT.

Just retired from ups after 39 years 6 months. Worked package 📦 for 20 years then feeders for 19 years. In New England you don’t lose seniority it follows with you and if they have to layoff Feeders’s you go back to package and still keep your seniority and pay 💰.

same people who say she is over paid are prob the same people that are ok with banks getting bailed out and tax breaks for the wealthy and businesses that never trickles down to the employees or the lower middle class

I don't think they're overpaid, I think Amazon and spark drivers are underpaid and mail carriers are overworked.
