@alexisadegoke: I’m still not sure why this has become the thing people focus on since we moved back to New York City, but hardly a day goes by without a DM or comment like the ones I shared in this video. Honestly though, I’ve had so much fun making our little NYC apartment work for our family of five. Turning my kids shared room into the ultimate sleepover and bonding space has been one of my favorite projects. It’s definitely been a labor of love, and we’re still adding little touches as we go because homes don’t come together overnight. If your kids share a room too, I hope you know there’s absolutely nothing wrong with it. It’s so much more common than the internet makes it seem, and my kids genuinely love their little NYC bedroom.
