I had to have 5 teeth pulled at one time. My insurance wont pay for caps, partials or dentures. Im unbelievably insecure about my smile now. I cant tell you how many times ive cried. Its over $2500. Im only 33.

I don’t get it. We pay for 3 separate policies for our family. Medical, dental, and vision. Our dental includes 1 X-ray, and 2 cleanings a year, and vision covers 1 eye exam. If I go to the dentist or eye doctor and tell them I have no insurance, they give me a cash price that’s less than I pay for my policies. However, they really trap me with “disaster” thinking. Pay monthly, so “if” something happens I can get a 15-20 percent discount. It’s crazy!!!!

Insurance is a fucking scam! My husband lost his meds and when I called the pharmacy the lady said yea we can give you a refill but the insurance won't pay. Fine whatever he needs it. I go pick it up it's 16.25 without insurance but when we use insurance it's $30! I'm sorry what!!

Insurance is a fucking joke and a means to allow governmental control. A provider should be able to order exams and mediations, they see fit for each patient, without putting them in a bubble and making all the same.
