I’m 4 months clean and sober, plan A was to die from my addiction but the people in my life had a plan B. I never was very good to them, I stole and couldn’t see my siblings anymore and wouldn’t see a dime of anyone else’s, but they cared enough to force me into rehab even if it’d make me never talk to them again. I was going to leave and relapse as soon as I got past the worst of my withdrawals, I don’t know what inside of me decided I was going to stay but I stayed. And somehow I don’t think I’m gonna relapse ever again

I don’t know her favorite color. Or what songs she likes. I don’t know what movies she’s loved or if she was funny or smart. But I do remember how tightly she’d hold me in her arms, and I remember her sweet sent, and how she would always tell me she loves me to the moon and back. Have your seen my beautiful mother? I told everyone my dad was dead for a year after he almost died bc I couldn’t cope with his continuous OD’s. I have mourned my dad a thousand times and he’s still alive, but I know that his addiction will take his life one day and I just simply have to live with that.
