Too much iron does cause rust inside the body. I have a condition called hemochromatosis that the iron builds up in the body and I have to literally go just let them take my blood a.k.a. donate blood in order to keep the iron down so that it doesn’t sit on my organs and rust and affect my organs. However, we need a certain amount of iron to carry the oxygen because our tissues due in fact need the oxygen.

I've heard there was more oxygen in this world. Now we have less. I don't know about the iron. I did ozone therapy for an injury and I came out walking. It worked immediately. Just sharing my experience.
