He went through intense chemotherapy, a bone marrow transplant (I was his donor), countless procedures, and now has ongoing appointments for the next 6–12 months to make sure he stays healthy. After everything he's overcome, our dream is to take our family on a vacation to celebrate this new chapter and make happy memories outside of the hospital.
