The name? Difficult to pronounce! 😂 I call it Mystery Soup: 3 different soups in 1 bowl! That is Nigerian food for you right there: a mix of everything. 🍜🥣🍲 And hey Nigeria, you finally got what you wanted! 😂🇳🇬 My comments have been FULL of Nigerians telling me: “Stop eating international food and try our food!” Okay okay… HERE WE GO! 😂 For the first time I’m trying amala and ewedu with gbegiri, and I’m doing it the traditional way: with my hands. For someone who has never eaten this before, the whole thing is quite an experience. The swallow has this mashed-potato-like consistency, there are multiple soups mixed together, there’s beef hiding somewhere inside and obviously… it’s spicy. 🌶️😂 At first I had absolutely no clue how I was supposed to get all that soup into my mouth with my fingers, but after a couple attempts I started getting the hang of it. And the verdict? Damn! This is actually really tasty. 😋🇳🇬 The combination of the swallow, spicy soups and beef works so well together. The Nigerian pho! 😂🇳🇬 #nigerian #food
