TEAM RC ❤️🔒®️©️💯 First and foremost, congratulations to everyone who officially made the Top 30! 🎉 You earned your spot, and I can’t wait to celebrate with you all in Las Vegas! To everyone else, please don’t feel overlooked or forgotten. I truly mean that. This team has never been built on just gifting. It’s been built on loyalty, consistency, kindness, respect, showing up, double tapping, sharing the live, encouraging one another, welcoming new people, and creating a positive environment. That stuff matters to me just as much. I noticed the people who stayed humble… the ones who cheered others on instead of becoming jealous… the ones who celebrated their teammates’ success instead of tearing them down. That’s what Team RC is all about. Those qualities can’t be bought, and I appreciate them more than you know. The Top 30 simply had to be a way to organize this event. If I told every single supporter to come stay with us or join every activity, it would become impossible to manage. I have to make these events fair, sustainable, and organized so I can continue doing bigger and better things for the team in the future. That doesn’t mean I value anyone else any less. I’m also going to be recognizing people who finished just outside the Top 30 and those who made significant contributions throughout this journey. Everyone who contributed significantly will still receive a Team RC shirt as a thank-you for helping us accomplish something incredible together. And if you didn’t gift but you were there every day… If you tapped… Shared… Encouraged others… Helped keep the chat positive… Welcomed new people… Believed in Team RC… Thank you. You were part of this accomplishment too. There will absolutely be more meet-and-greets, more giveaways, more contests, and more opportunities in the future. This isn’t the last one—it’s just the beginning. And one more thing… If you’re already going to be in Vegas during the time we’re there and you’re part of Team RC, of course I’m not going to ignore you. If we run into each other, come say hello, take pictures, hang out for a bit, and enjoy the moment with us. The Top 30 determines the official event accommodations and planned activities—it doesn’t mean I’m going to turn my back on a Team RC member who’s there supporting us.
